Our corrosion-resistant pipes are made from high-quality materials, and we are not limited to one type. We offer four main product categories: stainless steel pipes, fiberglass pipes, plastic-lined pipes, and bimetallic composite pipes. Regardless of the degree of corrosiveness of the medium you are transporting, you can generally find a suitable option. For example, our 316L stainless steel pipes, with 2%-3% added molybdenum, have more than three times the corrosion resistance of ordinary 304 stainless steel. They are particularly reliable for oil pipelines on offshore platforms and feed pipes for chemical plant reactors, and are resistant to media such as seawater, acetic acid, and sulfuric acid. If the medium to be transported is highly corrosive and the operating conditions are complex, then bimetallic composite pipes are a good choice. These pipes use Q345B carbon steel for the outer layer, ensuring the pipe's strength and pressure resistance; the inner layer uses highly corrosion-resistant precious metals such as Hastelloy or titanium alloys. Through explosive bonding or hot rolling processes, the two layers are firmly bonded together, achieving a joint strength exceeding 200MPa. This avoids the high cost of pure precious metal pipes and solves the corrosion problem of ordinary carbon steel pipes, offering exceptional cost-effectiveness.
Good materials also require good manufacturing processes to ensure stable pipe quality. Our production process is strictly controlled, with rigorous requirements at every step: stainless steel plates are carefully tested using a spectrometer to ensure the alloy element content meets standards; the plastic-lined pipes use "high-temperature rotational molding" technology to ensure the polyethylene lining adheres tightly to the inner wall of the steel pipe, without bubbles or wrinkles, achieving a lining thickness uniformity of over 98%. The pipe connections are specially designed with a "socket-type sealing structure," equipped with a specialized corrosion-resistant sealing ring, avoiding the leakage problems common in traditional flange connections.
Besides its strong corrosion resistance, our corrosion-resistant pipes are easy to install. The interfaces of our corrosion-resistant pipes are standardized and come with specialized connection tools, making on-site installation faster than with traditional pipes. From a long-term cost perspective, our corrosion-resistant pipes have a longer service life. Furthermore, our corrosion-resistant steel pipes can be customized to your needs with hot-dip galvanizing, plastic coating, or anti-corrosion coating options, such as 3PE anti-corrosion coating, ensuring reliable performance in deserts, coastal areas, and humid environments.
The wide range of applications for corrosion-resistant pipes, found in various industries, proves their practicality and reliability. In the petrochemical industry, they are used to transport crude oil, acid and alkali solvents, and liquefied petroleum gas, ensuring uninterrupted refining processes. In marine engineering, seawater desalination systems and subsea oil pipelines use corrosion-resistant pipes to resist long-term seawater corrosion. In the environmental protection field, when treating industrial wastewater and sewage, where high concentrations of pollutants are highly corrosive, corrosion-resistant pipes can be used for discharge. In addition, industries such as metallurgy, food processing, and nuclear power also use corrosion-resistant pipes as core transportation equipment.
