The spiral welding structure evenly disperses internal fuel pressure and external soil extrusion load, avoiding local stress concentration defects common in thin-wall straight welded pipes

seamless hot-rolled fuel line pipe for small-bore high-pressure fuel delivery branches,This matching accessory is a core structural design exclusive to export fuel transmission pipes: during ocean shipping, yard stacking and long-distance land transportation, the closed blue caps completely block rainwater, dust and saline mist from entering the pipe inner cavity, preventing inner wall rust and impurity contamination. Unprotected bare pipe ends will form inner wall corrosion pits within several months of outdoor storage, and these pits turn into stress notches that trigger fuel leakage under long-term medium pressure. All fuel transmission line pipes for export are manufactured on fully automated continuous production lines, with multi-stage strict inspection before leaving the factory to guarantee unified performance of each batch goods, and complete English version test reports can be provided for overseas customs clearance and engineering audit;
The full workflow is arranged as follows: high-quality steel plate/steel coil incoming spectral composition inspection → plate flattening and edge milling → roll forming/spiral winding → double-sided submerged arc welding → welding seam ultrasonic real-time flaw detection → pipe sizing and straightening → pipe end bevel machining → inner and outer wall rust removal cleaning → optional 3LPE coating extrusion wrapping → blue plastic end cap installation (as shown in photos) → stacking storage with isolation pads;
Key inspection links include: ultrasonic automatic scanning of full-length welding seams to eliminate internal air pores and crack defects; hydrostatic pressure test for each single pipe under 1.5 times design working pressure to verify sealing performance; random sampling tensile test and low-temperature Charpy impact test for batch performance verification; high-voltage electric spark holiday detection for coated fuel pipes to check tiny pinhole anti-corrosion layer leakage points
