Offshore Structure Pipe is JCOE pipe. JCOE pipe is the longitudinal seam double-sided submerged arc welded pipe. According to the production process, the longitudinal seam steel pipe can be divided into high frequency longitudinal seam steel pipe and submerged arc welded longitudinal steel pipe. Submerged arc welded straight seam steel pipes include JCOE pipes. Offshore Structure Pipe has simple production process, high production efficiency and low cost.


Advantages

Offshore Structure Pipe is produced on the JCO forming machine. First, half of the pre-bent steel plate is pressed for a "J" shape by multiple stepping and pressing, and then the other half of the steel plate is also bent and pressed on a "C" shape, and finally an open "O" shape is formed . JCOE steel pipes are mainly produced by double-sided submerged arc welding, and then go through multiple processes to meet relevant standards. It can use high current welding with high welding efficiency and good welding quality.
