At the exhibition, Haiqianwei Company's LSAW steel pipe product matrix precisely meets the stringent requirements of large-scale oil and gas pipeline projects. Wide Range of Specifications: Capable of mass-producing a full range of steel pipes with outer diameters from 457.2mm (18 inches) to 1422.4mm (56 inches), wall thicknesses compatible with high-pressure applications from 8mm to 50mm, and flexible customization of single pipe lengths from 3m to 12.3m. Suitable for diverse projects such as long-distance oil and gas pipelines, subsea pipelines, and high-pressure gathering and transmission networks.
Breakthrough in Ultra-High Steel Grades: Steel grades cover ordinary carbon steel, special steel, and low-alloy steel, up to API 5L PSL2 X80N level-this steel grade combines high strength (yield strength ≥555MPa), high toughness, and resistance to hydrogen sulfide corrosion, making it the current "benchmark material" for large-diameter high-pressure pipelines globally. Adaptability to harsh environments: The product has passed international certifications such as NACE MR0175 (resistance to hydrogen sulfide corrosion) and ISO 3183 (pipeline steel pipe standard), and can withstand high temperature (≥50℃), high salt spray environment, and high humidity conditions in tropical wetlands.
