Compared to traditional liquid epoxy and asphalt anti-corrosion processes, standardized factory-prefabricated FBE coatings completely avoid the quality fluctuations caused by temperature, humidity, and manual operation during outdoor construction, achieving integrated molding of the pipeline anti-corrosion layer and adapting to high-standard overseas engineering acceptance systems

 

The FBE anti-corrosion steel pipes shipped in this batch were processed using a fully automated production line with Sa2.5 grade shot blasting, precise constant temperature preheating, electrostatic powder spraying, and constant temperature curing. The coating structure is dense, free of pinholes and solvent residue, perfectly meeting international pipeline corrosion protection standards. The core advantages of FBE coating lie in its high rigidity and stable adhesion, making it perfectly compatible with cathodic protection systems. It effectively resists long-term erosion from acidic, alkaline, and saline-alkali soils, preventing common quality problems such as coating peeling, blistering, and detachment. Meanwhile, the food-grade environmentally friendly formula can be directly applied to drinking water pipelines, meeting the environmental access requirements of water projects in many countries

 

For complex scenarios such as overseas ocean shipping and construction site hoisting and backfilling, the product features optimized end-face protection technology and is equipped with dedicated pipe end protective caps to prevent coating damage caused by transportation bumps and gravel abrasion. Currently, the factory can customize single-layer and double-layer FBE anti-corrosion structures to suit different chemical conditions such as ordinary soil, coastal high-salt corrosion, and high-temperature media transportation. Product delivery includes a complete set of third-party testing reports, material certificates, and anti-corrosion performance testing documents, meeting the needs of overseas project bidding, customs clearance, and project acceptance throughout the entire process.
