Heavy anti-corrosion coatings are relative to general anti-corrosion coatings. It refers to an anti-corrosion coating whose anti-corrosion effect is several times higher than that of general corrosion coating under severe corrosive conditions. It is characterized by excellent resistance to strong corrosive media, outstanding durability, and a service life of more than several years. Mainly used in marine structures and chemical equipment, storage tanks and pipelines.
The commonly used heavy anti-corrosion coatings mainly include:
⑴Heavy anti-corrosion zinc-rich paint as primer. There are three series of thick-film organic zinc-rich paint, zinc-rich pre-coating primer and inorganic zinc-rich paint.
⑵Heavy anti-corrosion intermediate coating and topcoat. This kind of paint can be directly coated on the zinc-rich primer, mainly including chlorinated rubber series, vinyl resin series, epoxy series, polyurethane series, chlorosulfonated polyethylene series, epoxy tar series and other heavy anti-corrosion coatings.
⑶The glass phosphor sheet is heavy anti-corrosion coating.
⑷Epoxy mortar heavy anti-corrosion paint.
⑸Fluorine-containing paint. Such as polychlorotrifluoroethylene paint, fluorine rubber paint, etc.
