Acrylic steel pipe anticorrosive coating is a one-component self-drying weatherproof anticorrosive coating prepared by advanced technology based on traditional acrylic resin, adding long-life chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber recognized at home and abroad, weathering pigments and fillers, and weathering additives. The primer is Type A, the intermediate paint is Type B, the top paint is Type C, the varnish is Type D, and the aluminum powder paint is Type E. And apply to the outer wall of the steel pipe in sequence. The painted steel pipe has obvious effects of corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and microbial corrosion resistance.
1. Excellent weather resistance. Acrylic acid, a weather-resistant resin recognized at home and abroad, is used as the main film-forming agent, and chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber with excellent weather resistance and corrosion resistance is used as the main modifier.

5. Easy construction and curing at room temperature. The coating can be cured at 5-40℃ to form a film, or baked at 60-80℃ for 30 minutes to form a film. It has good adhesion to metal, cement surface, masonry, wood, and plastic products.
