1. The surface of the object to be coated must be free of oxide scale, rust, oil stains, etc.
2. The temperature of the substrate must be more than 3℃ higher than the dew point. When the temperature of the substrate is lower than 5℃, the paint film will not solidify, so it is not suitable for construction.
3. Brushing, air spraying, and rolling are all possible.
4. Stirring must be kept during the coating process to avoid precipitation.
5. Recommended film thickness: 60-80um.
