It is located in the Zhenggang Industrial Development Zone in Yanshan County which is called "Chinese National Manufacture Base of Pipeline Equipment". The standard requirements for EN 10219 structure pipes produced according to EN 10219 standard are as follows:
Material: Non-alloy steels require a minimum yield strength of 235 MPa, such as S235JR. Fine-grained steels with good weathering resistance must have a yield strength ≥ 355 MPa, such as S355J2H. High-strength steels must have a tensile strength of 530-720 MPa, such as S460MH.
Mechanical Properties: Yield strength of S355J2H ≥ 355 MPa, S460MH ≥ 460 MPa, elongation ≥ 22%, impact toughness ≥ 27 J at -20°C. Welding procedures must ensure weld quality.
Forming: EN 10219 structure pipes are produced using cold-forming welding techniques and must not be subsequently heat-treated.
Special Requirements: Some weathering steels must meet corrosion resistance tests, and the surface zinc coating must be controlled at 40-600 g/m² and comply with relevant standards.
