The equipment can change mould quickly and simply, produce wide range of specifications, which is specialized in producing Longitudinal Submerged Arc welding Pipeline of outside diameter from 406.4mm to 1422.4mm ,wall thickness from 6m to 50m,unit length from 3m to 12.5m,steel grade could be simple carbon steel, special type steel and low alloy steel ,the steel grade could be up to max X80 .it is able to manufacture 150,000 tons per year.
1. The welding: the columns more wire submerged arc welding wire (up to 4) in the straight seam welded steel pipe inside;
2. The welding: adopting many wire submerged arc welding of columns in the side of straight seam submerged arc welding steel pipe welding;
3. Ultrasonic inspection Ⅰ: inside and outside of straight seam welded steel pipe weld and weld on both sides of the base of 100% of the check;
4. X-ray Ⅰ: 100% of inside and outside weld X-ray industrial TV inspection, using image processing system to ensure the sensitivity of detection;
5. Hole enlargement of submerged arc welding and straight seam steel pipe length hole diameter in order to improve the size precision of steel tube, and improve the distribution of stress in steel tube.
European piling pipes are manufactured using two main manufacturing processes, each with distinct characteristics and applications.
Cold-formed welded pipes: Made from hot-rolled steel plate by cold bending, welded using either HFW or SAW methods. Wall thicknesses range from 4-25mm, with outer diameters from 219-2032mm. They are primarily used for small and medium-sized pile foundations, foundation pit support piles, and urban building pile foundations.
Hot-formed welded pipes: Made by hot-bending steel plate at temperatures above 900°C and then welding, they offer deep weld penetration and high toughness. Wall thicknesses typically range from 8-50mm, with outer diameters from 610-3048mm. They are primarily suitable for large pile foundations and offshore wind turbine foundations.
Regardless of the manufacturing process, European piling pipes are manufactured with the goal of "load-bearing safety, environmental durability, and reliable construction" to ensure product safety.
When purchasing European piling pipe, how can users determine its quality? First, users can assess its appearance, dimensions, and weld quality.
Appearance and dimensional inspection: The surface should be free of visible cracks, delamination, or scarring. The anti-corrosion coating should be free of blistering, flaking, or missing coating. The coating edges should be free of warping. Dimensional accuracy should be verified through measurement.
Weld quality: Welds are the weakest point in European piling pipe. Generally, we require a non-destructive testing report and conduct random inspections using a magnetic particle detector, sprayed with a magnetic suspension, and inspected. If there are no obvious magnetic marks, the pipe is considered acceptable.
