Hebei Haiqianwei Steel Pipe Co., Ltd.'s "Digitalized Clean Energy Steel Pipe Manufacturing Smart Factory" project recently received certification as one of Hebei Province's first advanced smart factories for 2025. Through intelligent upgrades, the project achieved a 45% increase in production efficiency and a 93% product yield, demonstrating the company's achievements in smart manufacturing and green transformation. Going forward, the company will continue to advance technological innovation, lay a solid foundation for high-quality development, and support the industry's digital transformation.

Our company controls the entire EFW steel pipe manufacturing process, from raw materials to finished product, with a focus on forming accuracy, weld quality, and stable performance, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
Raw Material Preparation: We select hot-rolled steel plates, stainless steel plates, and alloy steel plates. We test the base materials for tensile strength, yield strength, and chemical composition to prevent impurities from causing weld cracks.
Forming: We perform forming according to user specifications for diameter and wall thickness. After forming, the roundness deviation of the steel pipe is ≤±1%, and the straightness deviation is ≤0.2%/m. During production, we ensure accurate geometrical dimensions of the steel pipe to avoid welding problems. Misaligned edges and uneven gaps can occur, affecting weld fusion quality.
Electric fusion welding: Arc welding uses arc heat to melt the welding wire and base material, achieving fusion and preventing weld defects.
Weld seam treatment: This process is crucial for EFW steel pipes. Specialized tools are used to remove burrs from the internal and external weld seams to prevent eddy currents and abrasion caused by fluid flow.
Finishing: We inquire about the customer's desired EFW steel pipe length and cut it to length, ensuring a perpendicularity deviation of 0.5mm or less. Surface treatment is then performed to ensure suitability for various harsh environments.

EFW steel pipe is also used in municipal engineering. For municipal tap water, EFW steel pipe has a wall thickness of 10-18mm and is coated internally and externally with epoxy resin for corrosion protection. Its large diameter meets the flow requirements of urban water supply, while offering low cost and corrosion resistance. For urban central heating, the high roundness of its straight seams facilitates the installation of insulation sleeves, minimizing heat loss. When selecting a pipe, consideration should be given to factors such as the medium, pressure, and diameter. During installation, attention should be paid to weld cleanliness and stress control. To fully leverage its advantages of high cost-effectiveness, high flow capacity, and strong customization, it can meet the piping needs of various sectors, including the petroleum, chemical, municipal, and energy industries.
